Holistic Integrated Planning (HIP)

Success is most likely achieved when you and partners understand each other’s goals and objectives. Holistic Integrated Planning is a suite of structured planning modules conducted between the Customer and Partners that aim to create a joint go-to-market engagement plan. Partner and Customer sales teams are guided through a series of joint exercises designed to create holistic integrated plans which will result in substantial incremental profit for both companies. The agreed actions are then project managed by ALTTITUDE for a period up to 12 months to ensure follow through. This program delivers long term results, closer partner alignment and drives incremental revenue. HIP contains 4 modules that can also be considered as standalone programmes depending on client requirements.  The 4 modules are:
