This 1 day workshop is designed to help sales and management with the issues that surround territory management and planning, specifically challenging the way sales prioritise their thinking and their activities. For those who have a territory to exploit we help to consider which accounts qualify as target and key accounts, activity and task ratios that have to be adhered to if we are to work smart and qualification techniques that will determine if accounts in question should be on our radar. This day will help those who wish to grow confidence in their sales forecast and where the business is actually going to come from.
