Using the principals of Dynamic Opportunity Management this programme uses a combination of industry best practice and advanced processes coupled with mentoring and coaching to help you land that next big deal. This course is aimed at specialist sales professionals and Accounts Managers who have a focus on winning specific sales objectives (must sell solution, at value, by date). ALTTITUDE work over a 6 to 12 month period with the account team to win named opportunities and bring in real results.

Amplification​

The programme focuses on increasing the average deal size sales teams achieve from sales campaigns.  The teams focus on learning to address different influence pools and budget sources. The programme covers a range of amplification situations including new relationships to pursue, volume and divisional targets, opening new product lines and competitor knock out.
