A training program for sales specialists who support general Account Managers. The course is focused on how to achieve excellence when working in teams which are cross functional and virtual. The session begins by defining the participant’s role within the team, how it relates to other team members and what each team member brings to the virtual group. The course progresses to develop the skills required to work as a highly effective overlay sales lead with an emphasis on adding and creating value to win deals.

This session provides you with knowledge of the UK Public Sector environment to enable you to be more relevant to Public Sector customers. It will enable you to have empathy with Public Sector customers by understanding their business drivers and issues they face.  Purchasing decisions within the Public Sector are complex and require several layers of sign off by better understanding the customer and their needs you can create opportunities, qualify better, close quicker and sell more.
